ഇതിനായി Virtual courts ന്റെ വെബ്സൈറ്റ് സന്ദർശിക്കുക ( ലിങ്ക് ഏറ്റവും ചുവടെ ) Settle your case online on virtual courts എന്ന ഭാഗത്തു Kerala(Police department), Kerala(Transport Department) എന്നിവയിൽ ഏതാണന്നുള്ളത് Select ചെയ്തു Proced Now എന്ന ബട്ടണിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. ശേഷം mobile number, CNR number, Party name, Challan/Vehicle number ഇവയിൽ ഏതെങ്കിലും ഒരെണ്ണം നൽകിയ ശേഷം captcha നൽകി Submit എന്ന ബട്ടണിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.( ഇപ്പോൾ നിങ്ങളുടെ Offence Details കാണാവുന്നതാണ്. ശേഷം View എന്നതിന് താഴെയുള്ള View എന്ന ലിങ്കിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. case details ൽ ഏറ്റവും താഴെ വരുമ്പോൾ choose one of the following options എന്ന ഭാഗത്തു I wish to pay the proposed fine ( അവിടെ കാണുന്ന പിഴ( penalty ) അടക്കുവാൻ ) , I wish to contest the case ( കേസുമായി മുൻപോട്ട് പോകുവാൻ.) , My name or mobile number is incorrect, I wish to pay the fine by verifying Engine no and Chasis no, My name or mobile number is incorrect, I wish to contest the case by verifying Engine no and Chasis no, എന്നീ നാല് ഓപ്ഷനിൽ Payment നടത്തുവാൻ ആദ്യത്തെ I wish to pay the proposed fine എന്നുള്ളത് സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുക. ഇപ്പോൾ കാണുന്ന മൊബൈൽ നമ്പർ എന്ന ഭാഗത്തു അവസാന 4 അക്കം നിങ്ങളുടെ മൊബൈൽ നമ്പറിന്റെ ആണെങ്കിൽ Generate OTP എന്ന ബട്ടണിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യ്തു നിങ്ങളുടെ മൊബൈലിൽ വരുന്ന OTP നൽകി Verify OTP എന്ന ബട്ടണിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. തുടർന്ന് വരുന്ന Terms and conditions check box tick ചെയ്തതിനു ശേഷം Accept & Pay എന്നുള്ള ബട്ടണിൽ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക. ശേഷം Payment നടത്തി recipt സൂക്ഷിക്കുക.
